As a business leader, Rebecca served in various executive roles overseeing Product Management, Technical Program Management, Customer Experience and Operations within global and scaled digital technology groups at companies including HBO and WarnerMedia.  She is skilled at building engaged and high performing teams, and is experienced with navigating and leading change – respected by executives, peers, and employees for her genuine and courageous leadership style. 

In 2018, Rebecca was accepted into the prestigious Women in Cable & Telecom (WICT) Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. This program was life changing for Rebecca; it afforded her the gift of self-reflection alongside accomplished female leaders in the media industry,  as well as time and focus to explore her longer term career ambitions, which included access to coaching programs and training as she committed to a career shift to pursue her passion for people focused work

When Rebecca transitioned into HR in her most recent role as Vice President, People Growth & Leadership Development at WarnerMedia, she leveraged her firsthand experience navigating the challenges that business leaders face to create compelling, approachable and engaging learning experiences for thousands of managers and executives.
